Annual Pancake Breakfast

Every year, the Hermosa Beach Firefighters Association maintains the tradition of the Annual Pancake Breakfast fundraiser at the fire station. This event is held on the Sunday morning of Memorial Day weekend and turns out to be a fun morning for all. Everyone is welcome and there is always a big turnout. Along with a tasty pancake breakfast, there is an opportunity to check out the fire engines and the station. In addition, Sparky the dog is part of the fun and brings smiles to all the youngsters. Fire Department apparel is also sold at the event. The profits from the breakfast are deposited into an Association fund that is used to contribute to many charitable causes such as the burn foundation.
