STATEMENT OF J.R. REVICZKY

CANDIDATE FOR HERMOSA BEACH CITY GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION

Member of the City Council

As your councilman I have worked hard to balance the needs of the entire community; and I have always remembered who I work for, You, the Citizens of Hermosa Beach.   I am a problem solver, using a willingness to listen and common sense to negotiate compromises that turn issues into acceptable community goals.

We have accomplished a great deal in the past four years.   Property values continue to rise and crime continues to decline.   We are revitalizing parks, replacing aging sewers, protecting our environment with storm water diversion projects, and repaving streets.   We now have a skate park, new tennis courts, a roller hockey rink, and a world class community theater.

I have been a Hermosa Beach resident for 27 years.   As a Homeowner, I have a vested interest in the continued prosperity of this community.   My wife Nancy and I have raised three children in Hermosa Beach and they have attended school here.   Hermosa Beach is our home.

Hermosa Beach has always faced great challenges.   I ask for your vote on November 6th so that together we can continue to turn today's challenges into tomorrow's opportunities.
