ACTION MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Councilmember Bobko at 7:04 p.m.

1. Roll Call

   Present :	Councilmembers Bobko & Tucker, Planning Commissioners Hoffman & Pizer, Public Works Commissioners Brittain & Marinelli
   Also Present :	City Manager Steve Burrell, Public Works Director Richard Morgan, Community Development Director Sol Blumenfeld, Rhea Punneo, Administrative Assistant, Public Works Department

2. Flag Salute

   Mr. Michael DiVirgilio led the flag salute.

3. Meeting Minutes

   Approved as written.

4. Public Comments

   1. Mr. Norm Co advised that Mr. Lundy, an applicant for a seat on the Committee, would be late but would be here.

5. Committee Determinations

   1. Selection of Committee Members to fill five open seats

      1. Applicants addressed existing Committee, making presentations as to why they should be selected
      2. Existing Committee members voted and selected the following five applicants to fill the open seats:
         1. Jerry Gross
         2. Kenneth Klade
         3. Kimberlee MacMullan
         4. Dean Nota
         5. Larry Peha

      3. The Committee unanimously approved the nomination of Ms. Carla Merriman to serve as an ex officio member of the Committee.

   2. Selection of alternate meeting dates for July and December as well as date for town hall meeting were postponed until the meeting of March 7, 2007.
