1. CALL TO ORDER

   The Civil Service Board Meeting of Wednesday, November 28, 2001 was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 17, 2001 REGULAR MEETING

   The Minutes were approved without comment.

   Second : Commissioner Warner
   Opposed : None

4. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC

   None

5. REQUEST TO APPROVE ELIGIBILITY LIST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

   The eligibility list for Administrative Assistant was presented to the Board and approved without comment.

   Moved : Commissioner D'Amico
   Second : Commissioner Wisdom
   Opposed : None

6. REQUEST TO CERTIFY ELIGIBILITY LIST FOR FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC

   The eligibility list for Firefighter/Paramedic was presented to the Board and approved without comment.

   Second : Commissioner Warner
   Opposed : None

7. REQUEST TO APPROVE ELIGIBILITY LIST FOR FIRE ENGINEER

   The eligibility list for Fire Engineer was presented to the Board and approved without comment.

   Moved : Commissioner D'Amico
   Second : Commissioner Warner
   Opposed : None

8. REQUEST TO ABOLISH ELIGIBILITY LIST FOR POLICE OFFICER LATERAL AND POLICE OFFICER PRE-SERVICE

   The eligibility lists have been exhausted by the Department and it was requested that they be abolished.
