Recommendation:  

• 1. To listen to a presentation about Hermosa Valley Park, 
• 2. Listen to a presentation by Steve Sheridan from LA County about a prospective water detention basin located in Valley Park and determine whether or not to pursue this program, 
• 3. Approve a preliminary plan and prioritize improvements for Hermosa Valley Park, and 
• 4. Schedule a date to present the proposed plan as a Municipal Matter at a future City Council Meeting.
