NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Hermosa Beach shall hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 17, 2011, to consider the following:

1. Precise Development Plan to develop a vacant lot with a two-story 4,600± square foot medical office building (‘Hermosa Medical Center’) over surface level parking with 21 spaces, and a Parking Plan to calculate parking based on net floor area, excluding 332± square feet of floor area encompassing a common lobby, storage area and elevator equipment, in the SPA-8 zone at 2101 Pacific Coast Highway.

SAID PUBLIC HEARING shall be held at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254.

ANY AND ALL PERSONS interested are invited to participate and speak at this hearing at the above time and place. For inclusion in the agenda packet to be distributed, written comments of interested parties should be submitted to the department listed with the item, in care of City Hall at 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254 prior to Thursday, May 12, 2011, at 12:00 noon. All written testimony by any interested party will be accepted prior to or at the scheduled time on the agenda for the matter.
