NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following funds have been unclaimed for a period in excess of three years and pursuant to California Government Code Section 50050 et seq. will become the property of the City of Hermosa Beach on June 30, 2008, if no verified claim is made before July 15, 2008.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund of an inspection deposit or a check issued by the City, you must file a written claim prior to July 15, 2008. The claim must include your name, address, amount of claim, grounds upon which the claim is based, including permit numbers and job addresses if applicable (forms are available in the Finance Department). Incomplete claims will be rejected. Claims must be filed with the City of Hermosa Beach Finance Department, 1315 Valley Drive, Hermosa Beach, California 90254.
