6.12.020     Unauthorized removal of identification tag unlawful.

An authorized person shall not remove from any cat any collar or harness or other device to which is attached any identification tag. Unauthorized removal of such identification tag shall be subject to penalties as provided under Chapter 1.12. (Prior code § 4-41)
