6.08.250 Violation--Penalty.

A violation of the provision of this chapter is a misdemeanor unless by ordinance it is made an infraction. Any violation of the provisions of this chapter is punishable pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1.12, a provided by Government Code Section 36900, Section 36901. (Prior code § 4-32)
