6.08.140 Dogs under four months and dogs of nonresidents not required to have license.

Nothing in this chapter contained shall be construed to prohibit the keeping of dogs under four months of age without having obtained a license therefor, nor to prevent nonresidents visiting the city from keeping a dog therein for a period of not to exceed thirty (30) days without the payment of a license fee as herein provided.
