SUBJECT: Minutes of July and August City Council meetings

The minutes of the City Council's Regular meetings of July 8 and July 22, the Special meeting of July 31 (with the School District Board of Trustees), and the Adjourned Regular meeting of August 5 (workshop with the Parks, Recreation and Community Resources Advisory Commission) will not be available for approval at the August 12 meeting due to the increased workload and deadlines related to the November 4 election. These minutes will be presented for approval at the next regular meeting of September 9, 2003.
