  1. CALL TO ORDER

    The Cable Television Advisory Commission Meeting of Monday, May 2, 2005 was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

  2. ROLL CALL

    Commissioners: Chairperson Ellis
    Commissioner Dreher
    Commissioner Ferguson
    Commissioner Levine
    Commissioner Miller
    Michael Earl, City Staff Liaison
    Brad Wholenberg, Attorney
    Absent: Commissioner Padula

  3. PUBLIC COMMENT

    None.

  4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE APRIL 4, 2005 MEETING

    A motion was made by Commissioner Dreher and seconded by Commissioner Ferguson to approve the minutes as submitted.

  5. UDATE ON CABLE TELEVISION COMMUNITY SURVEY

    Staff Presented the final version of the community survey in electronic format as it appeared on the City’s website for review and comment. Staff also reviewed the survey schedule. The Commission made suggestions on minor revisions to the survey.

  6. Adjournment

    A motion was made by Commissioner Dreher and seconded by Commissioner Ferguson to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 pm.
