The Cable Television Advisory Commission Meeting of Monday, April 4, 2005 was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE MARCH 7, 2005 MEETING

A motion was made by Commissioner Padula and seconded by Commissioner Dreher to approve the minutes as submitted.

COMMUNITY SURVEY

Staff provided a draft of the community survey for review and comment and outlined a tentative concept for distribution. The Commission made suggestions regarding the content and distribution of the survey. The Commission also made suggestions on how best to distribute and collect paper surveys from persons without computers and internet access. Staff reported that the completed survey would be available for distribution in the coming weeks.

A motion was made by Commissioner Padula and seconded by Commissioner Ferguson to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 pm to the next regularly scheduled meeting on May 2, 2005.
